4. Billing and Payment
4.1 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Character allowances reset monthly and do not roll over
4.2 Top-Up Packages
Additional one-time character packages available:
- Refresh Pack: $10 for 5,000,000 characters (valid 30 days)
- Big Pack: $50 for 25,000,000 characters (valid 60 days, 20% savings)
- Mega Pack: $100 for 52,000,000 characters (valid 90 days, 40% savings)
- Monthly allowance is consumed before top-up balance
- Top-ups do not auto-renew
4.3 Refund Policy
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions
- Top-up packages are non-refundable once purchased
- Refunds for technical issues will be evaluated case-by-case
- No refunds for violations of our Terms of Service
